Gbolahan Shelika is a Sales & Business development expert with well over 15 years experience with an attainment of 607% sales growth between Feb 2006- April 2009.
-Led zonal /regional marketing campaign comprising PR initiative, community awareness, presentation, to government MDAs for both pension & health care services in the south east, north central western zones of Nigeria.
He developed and executed SEO strategy that achieved among others improved content, and ranking on targeted site such as Konga, Jumia, Google and Yahoo to drive company visibility.
Shelika also oversees the creation of new company profiles, brochures and other promotional materials, regarded products & services to cement a cohesive corporate identity and support new company direction.
He successfully launched a community based health scheme covering 50 rural communities in Lagos to achieve social inclusion & universal health coverage, as well as secured over 1000 corporate clients in marketing sales funnel with 30 % conversion rate in a space of 12months.
John Araoye is a client focused and usability-driven programme/project manager. He has a structured and process-driven approach to project management, business analysis, using MOSCOW prioritisation modelling, RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management, PRINCE2 and PESTEL frameworks.
His approach to analysing, scheduling & managing complex projects focuses around justifying, translating and communicating requirements between key stakeholders, clients and project teams in a matrix management environment.
John’s extensive knowledge and practical experience in the analysis, design, development, and management of complex projects has been pivotal to his ability to rapidly roll out multiple well-costed projects and meet client deadlines and expectations.
Lucky Tega is a Sales and marketing Professional with over 16 years of experience in sale management within a highly competitive Nigerian retail markets. Vivian Akinyosoye has well over 15 years experience in broadcast Journalism, starting out her Career in 1999 working as a Freelance Radio Newscaster at the Voice of Ekiti Broadcasting Service, Ekiti State Nigeria. In 2000 she joined Channels Television, Lagos Nigeria as a Youth Corp Member, marking the beginning of a thirteen year working experience in Television Broadcasting.
Vivian also worked as a Senior Business Correspondent and News Anchor with Silverbird Television Lagos Nigeria. She is currently a Senior Partner at Almond Communications, a Broadcast Media and Production outfit in Lagos.
Vivian Akinyosoye has a degree in English and Education, a Masters’ Degree in Int’l Law & Diplomacy, a Diploma in Television Production and Management (London Academy of Film Media and Television), and a certificate in Public Relations (N.I.P.R).
Some of Vivian’s works include ‘Aviation This Week’, created in 2004 (Aired on NTA 2 Channel 5 Lagos Nigeria),101Business TV Show, (An Entrepreneurship and Business Development Program) 2010 and Destination Business. (A Business Travel TV magazine program).
In recent times, Vivian has been involved in Entrepreneurship development projects through The School of Entrepreneurship, in collaboration with the Olawoyin Awosika School of Innovative Studies Lagos, Nigeria.(OASIS).
